2Thông tin chúng tôi thu thậpInformation we collect
- Thông tin tài khoản: họ tên, địa chỉ email, số điện thoại, tên tổ chức, ảnh đại diện. Email dùng để đăng nhập, khôi phục mật khẩu và gửi thông báo tài khoản.Account data: name, email address, phone number, organisation, profile photo. Email is used for sign-in, password recovery and account notifications.
- Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ bạn hoặc tổ chức của bạn nhập (khách hàng, liên hệ, cơ hội, lịch hẹn, đơn hàng, kế toán, nhân sự…).Business data you or your organisation enter (customers, contacts, opportunities, appointments, orders, accounting, HR…).
- Liên lạc: tin nhắn, ảnh và tệp đính kèm, tin nhắn thoại, bản ghi âm cuộc gọi và bản ghi cuộc họp khi tổ chức bật tính năng tổng đài/cuộc họp.Communications: messages, attached photos and files, voice messages, call and meeting recordings when your organisation enables call-centre/meeting features.
- Vị trí (gần đúng hoặc chính xác): chỉ khi bạn chủ động chia sẻ vị trí hoặc chấm công theo vị trí.Location (approximate or precise): only when you actively share your location or clock in by location.
- Thông tin thiết bị: hãng và đời máy, hệ điều hành và phiên bản, phiên bản ứng dụng, mã định danh thiết bị do ứng dụng tạo.Device information: device make and model, operating system and version, app version, an app-generated device identifier.
- Thông tin mạng: địa chỉ IP, loại kết nối, dùng để bảo mật phiên đăng nhập và chẩn đoán lỗi kết nối.Network information: IP address and connection type, used for session security and connection troubleshooting.
- Chẩn đoán ứng dụng: nhật ký lỗi (crash log) và nhật ký hiệu năng, gửi về máy chủ của chúng tôi để sửa lỗi.App diagnostics: crash logs and performance logs, sent to our servers to fix issues.
- Mã nhận thông báo đẩy (push token): chỉ dùng để gửi thông báo công việc, cuộc gọi đến và thông báo hệ thống tới đúng thiết bị của bạn.Push notification token: used only to deliver work notifications, incoming calls and system notices to your device.
3Ứng dụng di độngMobile app
Ứng dụng Agentic ERP gửi các dữ liệu nêu trên tới máy chủ của doanh nghiệp bạn qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS) chỉ để cung cấp chức năng ứng dụng và quản lý tài khoản. Micro, camera, ảnh, vị trí và thông báo chỉ được dùng khi bạn cấp quyền và sử dụng tính năng tương ứng. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu này cho quảng cáo và không bán hay chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại.The Agentic ERP app sends the data listed above to your organisation's server over encrypted connections (HTTPS) solely to provide app functionality and account management. Microphone, camera, photos, location and notifications are used only when you grant permission and use the related feature. We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4Quyền truy cập trên thiết bịDevice permissions
Ứng dụng chỉ xin quyền khi bạn dùng tính năng tương ứng; bạn có thể tắt bất kỳ lúc nào trong cài đặt của điện thoại.The app asks for a permission only when you use the related feature; you can revoke it at any time in your phone settings.
- Micro: gọi điện qua tổng đài, cuộc họp, tin nhắn thoại, bộ đàm.Microphone: call-centre calls, meetings, voice messages, push-to-talk.
- Camera: chụp ảnh đính kèm, ảnh đại diện, gọi video và cuộc họp.Camera: attachment and profile photos, video calls and meetings.
- Ảnh và tệp: chọn ảnh/tài liệu để tải lên và đính kèm.Photos and files: choose photos/documents to upload and attach.
- Vị trí: chấm công theo vị trí và chia sẻ vị trí trong trò chuyện.Location: location-based clock-in and sharing location in chat.
- Thông báo: thông báo công việc, tin nhắn, cuộc gọi đến và thông báo hệ thống.Notifications: work, message, incoming-call and system notifications.

6Chia sẻ thông tinInformation sharing
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân và không dùng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo. Dữ liệu chỉ được chuyển tới các bên sau, đúng mục đích nêu:We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. Data is transferred only to the following parties, for the stated purposes:
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng máy chủ/đám mây: lưu trữ và vận hành hệ thống.Hosting / cloud infrastructure providers: storing and operating the service.
- Dịch vụ thông báo đẩy (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service): chỉ nhận mã thiết bị và nội dung thông báo để gửi tới máy bạn.Push notification services (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service): receive only the device token and notification content to deliver it.
- Tổ chức (doanh nghiệp) quản lý tài khoản của bạn: dữ liệu nghiệp vụ và tài khoản thuộc quyền quản lý của tổ chức đã cấp tài khoản cho bạn.The organisation that manages your account: business and account data are controlled by the organisation that provided your account.
- Cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền: khi pháp luật yêu cầu.Competent authorities: when required by law.
7Lưu trữ & bảo mậtStorage & security
Dữ liệu được mã hoá khi truyền và lưu trữ; phân quyền truy cập theo vai trò; sao lưu định kỳ.Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, with regular backups.
8Thời gian lưu trữData retention
- Dữ liệu tài khoản: lưu trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động; xoá trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi bạn xoá tài khoản hoặc gửi yêu cầu xoá.Account data: kept while the account is active; deleted within 30 days after you delete the account or request deletion.
- Dữ liệu nghiệp vụ của tổ chức: lưu theo hợp đồng và chính sách của tổ chức; xoá khi tổ chức chấm dứt dịch vụ và yêu cầu xoá.Organisation business data: kept under the organisation’s contract and policy; deleted when the organisation ends the service and requests deletion.
- Ghi âm cuộc gọi, bản ghi cuộc họp: theo thời hạn tổ chức cấu hình, hết hạn tự xoá.Call and meeting recordings: kept for the period configured by the organisation, then deleted automatically.
- Nhật ký truy cập, nhật ký lỗi và bản sao lưu: tự xoá sau tối đa 90 ngày.Access logs, crash logs and backups: removed automatically within 90 days.
- Chứng từ kế toán, hoá đơn: lưu tối thiểu 10 năm theo Luật Kế toán Việt Nam.Accounting records and invoices: kept at least 10 years as required by Vietnamese accounting law.
9Quyền của bạnYour rights
Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xuất hoặc yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình.You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data.
- Xoá trong ứng dụng: Cài đặt ▸ Tài khoản ▸ Xóa tài khoản vĩnh viễn.In the app: Settings ▸ Account ▸ Delete account permanently.
- Xoá không cần ứng dụng: làm theo hướng dẫn tại agenticerp.cloud/xoa-tai-khoan hoặc gửi email tới contact@agenticwork.vn.Without the app: follow agenticerp.cloud/xoa-tai-khoan or email contact@agenticwork.vn.
